Any chance of this working any better than the unreliable MR3420 ?
And where do we get it at that price ?
What price are you referring to?
The R379 - not sure if that includes VAT ? Happy to buy at a decent price, don't worry about the loan unit.
I recently got one of the Chinese TP-Link Products - TL-WR703N. Had to put OpenWrt on it so that I can get some english firmware, but since then works like a charm. Due to the lack of a USSD package for OpenWrt, unfortunately balance cannot be checked at the moment. But its more than worth the little trouble!

I would suggest the Routerboard 751 from Mikrotik.
I also have a Trendnet product but would not suggest it, mainly because of lack of firmware support.

Is that Routerboard a 3G router?
And only R379.
EDIT: That R379 ex VAT, or R432,06
I see a new TP-Link 3G Router has been released: MR3020
