You know when you're at a bar...and you have this drunk person telling you the same frickin' story...over and over and over and over and over again? And all you wanna do is just sit and enjoy your drink, but this person follows you around and keeps on keeping on?
Well...I'm in this bar...and all I'm hearing, "4G this and 4G that and 4G this and 4G that and 4G this and 4G that, etc, etc, etc."
I think it has now well and truly been established that Cell C is talking out of their a$$e$, it'll never be 4G, Tom, Dick and Harry on the street doesn't care what "G" it is as long as the price is right, MTN and VC are a throwing their toys out of their cot and this story is getting old.

So your telling me they are advertising the entire capacity of the cell when they claim 20Mpbs? Its like buying an airplane ticket claiming you can have "up to" the whole airplane for yourself. Which obviously is never the case. How ****ing stupid.
Who cares? We just want more affordable broadband, period! Call it 10G if you like FFS!

If Cell C hasn't even figured out what technology it is deploying and marketing, I question whether they should be allowed to receive money in exchange for utter B$ shoved down the throats of consumers.
There has to be a line somewhere and Cell C has definitely crossed a line.
Ultimately its implementation that matters for bragging rights, not the rubbish the marketing dept dreams up.Vodacom is probably just peeved because their marketing team was beaten to the punch.
Just don't use Cell C for your braodband then? Duh...
