ADSL not Sync.

I started having problems with my DSL since about 1pm this afternoon. Reported it, but its still not Sync.
I phoned my neighbour and his DSL is working fine.

I'm starting to think its my router, but I cant tell.
Any ideas what to do and how to know weather its my Router or Line.
I have Billion 5102G Router- Been using it since I got ADSL, two and a half years ago.

I'm currently connected via my 3G data card.

If it's not syncing, then somebody unplugged your line from the dslam.
Phone telkom on 10215 and tell them to fix it.
In the meantime, moan a lot.
 
Starting to think its my router.. Would telkom give me another one for free, as I got my modem for free under the Closer contract?
 
You can call Telkom on the number 10215 and ask them to do a line attenuation test for you,it should synchronise after that and if the problem still persists you can take that router back where you bought it and they will test it for you.
