OK first off, what is the name of this here forum here? Myadsl, I come here to bitch about crap service and share that, you know how you raise the level of service? You raise the level of ACCOUNTABILITY! The one greatest contribution that Mybb has added to the local telecoms sphere is this: BITCHING AND MOANING - this place is our voice, our soap box, by moaning here, instead of Hellopeter, I contribute to Myadsl, My community, instead of generating hits for some consumer site who knows buggeroll about our interested industry.

These ISPs are not our friends, we exchange money with them, they need to be reminded that consumers loyalty is bought with excellent service and competitive products.

afrifail are a bunch of liars, they are right up there with WA in terms of bad service, dont know why anyone still gives gives clowns like WA and AFRIHOST money for these sub par, non uncapped services

I don't want to make a personal backup of the internet so I am perfectly fine with my WA Titan account. I haven't had any problems that couldn't be sorted out in a few minutes with a phone call.

Maybe they just don't like whiny bitches.

Afrihost isn't perfect, but I've had very few problems with them.

And who here only has an account with only one ISP? I spread my accounts across both the SAIX and IS networks so that if one screws out I got a backup :/

if had this before. where everyt ime i buy a gig or something they wana charge 611 to my account. that amount i owed 4 mnths ago. paid in full. still not off my account. then account suspended coz 611 didnt go on my account. then i email them. assured its taken off. next time i buy something same thing ahppends

I am on the telephone RIGHT NOW, count this: 7 times I have been transferred to get to the Accounts department. SEVEN.

They suspended my account because of a bounced debit order.

Paid the money in via EFT, sent the bank slip via email to their accounts department, account re-opened without any further hassles.

So far I had absolutely no issues with them.
