I dont know anymore?

I hear you. My speeds have been very unstable. Ranging from 0.3 mbps to 3.7 mbps on 4 mbps business uncapped.
Amazing thing is, i never had this problem before the iOS and IPC debacle. Yes there were the odd times that my speeds were slow and then i would phone in and request a port recreate - and voila, bob's your aunty.

Well as many users have said, it not the exchange, its not their hardware its Afrihost, Afrihost unfortunatly seem to deny this , and all they land up with is fustrated users. Strange way to conduct business. I have done so many tests, posted so many results, and still nothing improves. I actually have sympathy for the reps on this site, its not any easy job.

I then requested a credit from the accounts department, they told me they were unaware of any network issues, communication does not seem to be a very strong point.

I also feel sorry for the reps here, but sitting with this rubbish going into the third month went way beyond frustrating after the first week it started happening.....

It is NOT a line problem , that has been confirmed by three different Telkom techs who have checked the line and all connections at our place. It is an AH/MTN issue.
