Remember that what we're referring to as demand is actual traffic and we believe that some of that traffic (from Uncapped accounts) should actually be shaped and therefore eliminated to relieve the contention from the demand.

Anyone having issues with GTA online?

I for one cannot connect to any server if my business prioritization active turn it off and i get this:

Yet the guy I've been emailing at critical care says everything is in perfect order with my account. So my options are no connection thanks to shaping from prioritization or 90% packet loss but I can then connect to servers only to lag out :/

Seems I'm between a rock and a hard place here... so much for pure internet joy.

We definitely would not be shaping the connection, but there is certainly shaping and QoS at play if you turn Optimisation on, so it would depend on what services are running and if there are no other issues, like contention on the network, making any symptoms seem worse. We'd have to test. I'd definitely give the critical care guys feedback to say this is what you're experiencing so they can test further with you.

There seems to be some confusion. That screenshot is with my optimization off, not on. If i turn it back on the loss suddenly vanishes but then I cant connect to the GTA online servers.

Just had a call from AH on a line issue I had. First of all. Friendly guy, went into my account and saw all was find. Recreated my port and P@P seems to run normal again...

Wish it was the good old days where we could reset our own ports...

We've had a few problems with our service, it seems to work for some and not others, we suspect it may that the provider we use may not have added our newest IP ranges. We are investigating

P2P still refuses to exceed 5KB/s. Just to be absolutely sure I loaded a few very well seeded (but not contended) torrents with over half a million seeds between them, and the total speed was still less than 5KB/s. Streaming is working fine.
