Had quite a lengthy chat with Bryn above, what's your latency like to the Diablo servers you're playing on?

When using Afrigreen, in the evenings it spikes to average 1000-1200ms
Using the business account it spikes to 600-800ms
Have to play on a diffenrent isp it runs between 208-225ms.

Have send numerous traceroutes to support, and on the POC thread, but haven't heard anything back.

Just replied to you over on the Afrigreen thread. Both accounts seem pretty bad - could you head over to the Afrigreen thread to complete some tests please?

Thanks, posted some traceroutes from last night there. That was for the Diablo servers. Will post more later when I get back
 
Changed over to Afrired since the latency problems haven't resolved on Green only to get this:

I think there are definitely reports of some slow P2P services on AfriGreen as well, so we'll need to figure that out. Can you keep an eye on things? If the issue is resolved and you're still seeing this, we'll need to do some more specific troubleshooting with you :(
