Afriguy, I asked for my account to be downgrade at the end of the month. Why is it showing the downgrade already ?

And not sure if I'm being doff, but I can not find the radio button that lets you cancel your static IP. Any idea ?

If the downgrade was confirmed for month end then it should be done then. Not sure if the system got confused somewhere and is displaying the wrong data

I'm really struggling with this terrible Youtube streaming. Some videos stream HD no trouble at all, and others buffer to the point of just stopping. The ones that can't stream at 720p greatly outnumber the ones that can.
