People do not just create rumors like this and spread it. Someone in a senior position unfortunately let the news slip to the wrong person who could not keep his/her mouth shut. This is why the rumors became public.
There are ongoing talks and we will soon see the results thereof. This denial is all about investors and nothing else.

Ummm, the article states Afrihost is a acquisition target for MTN, meaning MTN will be taking over Afrihost not so?
I think you guys may have it backwards and the last thing you want is MTN in charge of Afrihost

MTN is a HUGE company - no way AH could buy it out - reverse is feasible, however.
I tend not to believe CEOs of companies.
As with any other CEO or company he sure has a mission / missions, but look at the above here on MyBB - only for August and September this far...

Launching Mobile is the biggest launch from our company. if you look back to back in the day when we launched R29/ GB for ADSL it was also a massive step. We put our clients first, always.
I trust Gian and the rest of our team through and through. Nothing to worry about here
