What is required to get service from Afrihost. My router has been out since 17 October 2018. On 18 October the issue was logged and I was charged for the return fee so that the router could be collected and tested however to date has not been collected, even after numerouse follow ups from my side. I have requested status updates and daily calls and has just ignored. Everybody can just escalate however nothing ever happens. I was informed that my router will be collected with in 1-3 business days and we are now on 7 business days already. So will it take this long to get a the router back once fixed or a replacement issued? So I am paying for a monthly service and collection service that can not even be provided properly. I have implemented an unreliable interim solution as I cannot go without internet.
