Looks like on Hellopeter MDS Collivery couldn't even deliver on time at all for small orders let alone big ones.

What gets me is that my stuff is in Welkom, i live in Allanridge (bout 40km) and MDS can only bring it on Friday. FFS I AM NOT HERE ON FRIDAY I am leaving on holiday for a month on Friday

I called MDS Collivery and they didn't know if they had my parcel 
So not sure if I will even get it this month if they have no idea where it is in the first place.

I am disabled and rely on ppl to drive me around, to pay like R100 for someone to take me to Welkom this time of month, well ye

Man when you phone them ask for operations. The driver was close to me and when I called the guy told me my device is still in the depo. I then asked to speak to operations and the guy told me the other guy does not know jack as the driver is enroute to me, or just use the tracking link. It's normally up to date.

and didnt know about operations.Cant take them like 2 days to process an order so something is wrong

He is happy, he used the tracking function effectively to ensure he is up to date with the delivery progress.

Of course something is wrong, the are using MDS. I will say all the frustration aside, at least I know to never use MDS for any business related work. If i treated my clients like this, i wouldnt have clients anymore.
Its just sad that they are screwing Afrihost over, while they are trying to do everything in their power to assist their customers, MDS is still being utterly useless.

Nope but 8000 deliveries spread between 5 Main hubs and about 19 small hubs isn't that huge and should take a day or two to deliver not a week unless they only got one driver...
If the post office can do it everyday surely a courier company can
