I received my email stating that the courier is on his way to deliver........Driver is currently 1.15 km from delivery point BUT Estimated time of delivery is 21H29 0n 02 September.....he must be crawling very slow.....I have to go and see a client....so now I do not know is he close or is he arriving tonight ??

I don't think their system is working very accurately at the moment.

Its a pity we can't pre-arrange a pick-up destination with a number of people. Say - McDonalds in Fourways - Tomorrow - from 12 to 2. You confirm today that you can be there between those hours with your RICA documentation. If enough guys volunteer for this - it could be worth having the delivery guy drive though with the confirmed orders. Nice, fast and simple.

And a name-and shame if you pitch up without the relevant docs :twisted:

@ Afri reps. What is the turn around time for delivery on the sim only deals starting tomorrow? Our office will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Jewish holidays so I need to know what to put as my address?

We'll pass news later about the launch.
Regarding the SIM only deals, turnaround for deliveries in major centres will be 24-48 hours. At launch it may be longer as we'll need to do a lot more deliveries at once.

I thought it was reported that you guys will open up orders to non existing AH clients tomorrow (3rd September). I see now it has been pushed back to 5th. Oh well. :-(

Am leaving the country at the end of the week.....i need to send my passport for visas.
Tomorrow is the last day i can hold back until....it is showing en error on my clientzone when i click on the mobile data package.

I tried to call support....and after 45 minutes on hold it just cut off. Please advise if i can go somewhere with my rica documents before i go for visa application....i work in Sandton

The ETA for my delivery slowly crept closer to real-time, untill it was 30 minutes away. Now its suddenly jumped to 16:30.
Joke's on them. Reception closes at 16:00. :twisted:

My courier is getting closer.....he has moved 170m in the last 2 and half hours and he will be here 2 hours and 4 minutes earlier

Estimated time of delivery is 19:25 on 02 September
Driver is currently 0.98 Km from delivery point.

Had to cancel some appointments to wait but hopefully I will be able to test Afrihost mobile tonight
