Afrihost Mobile Delivery Feedback Thread

Aargh! Sill in branch processing! Even after calling and promising I'd get it today!
 
Afrihost Delivery - Mifi + 3G

Hey Guys,

Can anyone tell me how I can get my tracking/waybill number for my parcel by Afrihost? I entered my home address for the delivery address however will only be available at specific times so wanted to call the courier to arrange a time.

Same here sometimes month end means couriers are way too busy.. According to the courier they will definitely meet the deadline date but highly doubt they will.

I am going on my 2nd week of being stuck on "Handed to Courier" or "Processing order"
Oh well, nothing much todo except wait.
 
@blaaislaai did you receive any communication from the courier company ? (WayBill number if you did contact them and see where your parcel is) . Did you also receive communication from Afrihost to verify if your address was correct.

The courier company did send me an email, for postal address verification. But that was last week Saturday. After that, I have not received anything else.

Did contact the courier company this morning, and the lady who I gave the waybill number to, told me it's on "Processing Order" and she thinks it might change either today or tomorrow.
 
@Slab few have already received their waybill numbers, not everybody(did check inbox, spam etc) no love mail as yet :)

The courier company is extremely busy as is: :) Patience is virtue :)

we have close to 10 000 of them to deliver by 6th September.
we have received nearly 2000 requests to change the delivery address.
we are experiencing serious delays/failures as a result of people not having their RICA docs ready.

We ask for your patience and understanding - your delivery will get to you before the 6th as originally promised.

Starting to get annoyed with the delivery now.

I have received 4x "Notification of Despatch", instructing me to be at my address during the day.
Today marks the 4th day I had to shuffle my day and the delivery does not show up.

I think I am just about over this situation.
 
Wife's order has been stuck on processing for last 4 days now.
 
The guys are doing their best. Three of us in the office ordered. The one guy - one of the first to buy - received a notification last week and nothing happened. The other one hasn't heard a thing. Me - received a email Saturday, a confirmation this morning, and he delivered it just before 16:00. Poor guy looked worn out. And they do have GPS, he was checking it when I fetched my RICA papers.
Give it time.
