Have not tested it elsewhere only at my home. It will be used at home.

Compared to Telkom Mobile (also at home)

All i could manage, can't get accurate reading of signal with mdma - it shows EDGE, while the modem signal is clearly on GREEN = 3G.
Will try sim in one of my other modems to check signal strenghth & speeds again.

Green is not 3G. Green may also indicate a strong 2G signal. Force the MiFi to connect to 3G only and test again.

All I am saying is that green also shows a strong 2G signal. I know as I had to force mine to 3G to get an Orange 3G showing permanently untill I drive around then get a green 3G in certain areas but in software not all the bars are then showing full. Red is No signal at all.

Unable to change Network Prefered Mode. Seems locked on Auto.
