Absolutely! :) The data will, however, not roll over to the next month if you choose to downgrade. Please note that cancellations have to be requested before the 23rd.

High fives are in order if you manage to use up the 1TB! :D

So can I upgrade my current package and then downgrade before the 23rd, is that allowed within one month?

I understand the data will not roll over but I dont want to lose my current rollover and data so am wanting to open another package/dsl account under my main account.

Is this allowed, even though I must imagine it is "frowned upon"

Nah we won't frown upon that. :) Our developers have recently set a package change limit to 3 times per month in order to avoid any "exploitation" of our systems, but a package change once or twice is well within reason. :)

When is this stupid free midnight to 6pm data promo ending. You guy have started throttling some protocols quite badly now on capped accounts, which never used to be the case before this promo started
Now now lol :D what services are you using, where you think you are being throttled? Pretty sure AH are not throttling or shaping capped accounts.

Things are pretty stable for me. No issues, well apart from line disconnects from time to time.

Just got back from work and my problems are back.

I'm assuming you're not streaming Twitch while running Torrents? :P

Are you still trying to run it on high? Does it stream any better on lower quality? I've sent your tests over to our NOC Team to look into, though. :)

I wish it was just a simple mix up but sadly no.

They were fine when I checked this morning and used all the way up to 380kbps on source at one point but now it's as bad if not worse than it was yesterday.

I tried setting the quality lower and the bandwidth usage didnt budge. It's basically stuck at 50-60kbps atm. :(

Will you guys be looking for me later to run some tests? Poor afriman sent me a PM right as I logged off on mybb last night and I only saw it 2 hours later. :/

Odd... When you say "not working" do you mean slow, or not connecting at all?
