Is this just me or is anyone else getting lag in-game? 985ms ping in STO.
EDIT-Using the launcher's EU proxy I can get it but still 600 in-game ping.

Nope, rebooted and connected straight away.
Any update on what's going on with afriplus double data. I still don't have mine since Saturday.
Also is it just me or are they shaping capped accounts now? I barely get 120kbps on my 4meg on twitch and I get 30kbps on torrents.
Also spoke to a rep during my lunch and they told me that i'll be hearing back from their coders soon. Still havent heard a word over a simple issue of afri+ double data not activating
I do get 430kbps on average when on youtube and such but 88kbps on twitch is way too slow.
Youtube performance at the exact same time of day.

Just checked again before going to work.
Twitch is still only using half my bandwidth at most (200kbps but averages at 130kbps even when I turn it up to source) and constantly buffering.
Torrents are back to normal now that we're out of peak time. I've been having this problem where my line becomes incredibly slow(30kbps on my old 1mbps) during peak hours for months now but worked around it since I only downloaded during free-time.
My account was premium uncapped before I converted it to capped about 4 months ago if that matters.

That's not looking great there. What's your ping to bras.afrihost.com?
Definitely no general authentication issues last night or this morning. Drop me a PM if you're still not connecting and I'll check it out from our end
We are not seeing general issues, so let's troubleshoot with your account and see what could be happening. Both torrents and video streaming would be unshaped on Capped, so there should be no issue with you maximising your line potential on either service, or using a combination of services.

So I've been away from this thread for awhile and performance has been up and down on days and at random intervals, I've been streaming to Twitch since I've gotten my fibre and having inconsistent performance really bothers me, now I just swap accounts and get it over with.
One thing I've got to say is when it works it works amazing, I'll try and gets some stats again, since I was at my wits end and basically just gave up.
WA: Sometimes I'd get close to 90down/46up and the lowest it goes to is like 45down/25up
Afrihost: When it works 96+down/49up and then as low as 2down/2up.
