I am seeing over 300ms to Germany, normally hovers around 190ms...
 
A lot of ppl mostly in CPT and DBN go through this pretty much every single night... Welcome to Afriland, it's been an ongoing issue for weeks already, if not months.
 
Why is a speedtest done through Webafrica's server on Ookla showing high latency?

Latency is always at 60ms through webafrica's server and it's hosted in Durban

The online chat team shows online, but as soon as you try to connect to them , it goes to offline .

We do have some auto limits to try to ensure that our clients don't spend more than they planned, but those should be customisable in ClientZone. This should only be for airtime though. Have you topped up to the same value as your monthly limit?

Definitely not looking great there, we usually expect well below 200ms to EU. Will check in with the team :(

LA is on the West Coast, which means it's pretty much the furthest that a data packet can travel. Because the states is so huge, it also usually means that traffic could travel via multiple peering networks to reach the destination. Generally speaking, that would be an average ping, though we'd like to see pings below 300ms wherever we can.

Customizable? where about? i have no set limit it depends on howmuch bandwidth i need at any given time, hence me using a top up account... it fluxuates, how long will my account be locked now? & please give an option to remove this autolimit, the idea of a payas you go is so you can pay as you go?
