If you aren't happy with your results why not just use another ISP? Over the last few days you seem to be the only one who's constantly reporting issues.

not just the last few days, try the last year :D. Many others have already mentioned the same as what you are, but its not working. :o

Do you have friends or neighbours in your area with similar issues?
 
Can you tell me what is the shaping hours? I was shaped basically from 8-12 last night.

I want to change my package so i just want to know how things/hours work on the capped account shaping.

And i know most reply's would say it only gets shaped when the network is struggling but we know nights get targeted for shaping, is the shaping the same as uncapped?

The Shaped Capped accounts are only shaped after the Uncapped accounts, so there won't be any specific times that I can give you because it shouldn't happen often.
