If you aren't happy with your results why not just use another ISP? Over the last few days you seem to be the only one who's constantly reporting issues.

Problem is that my line is fast the slow then fast then slow all day everyday, I have to wait for it to slow down again.

So my latency is up and down.
Can you tell me what is the shaping hours? I was shaped basically from 8-12 last night.
I want to change my package so i just want to know how things/hours work on the capped account shaping.
And i know most reply's would say it only gets shaped when the network is struggling but we know nights get targeted for shaping, is the shaping the same as uncapped?

not just the last few days, try the last year. Many others have already mentioned the same as what you are, but its not working.
