You do realise this is just a POC network right?
From hero to zero so quickly... This is what will create the frustration if this network ever gets beyond a POC.

We should see improvement today hopefully. The team were here until late sorting stuff out
We'll sort out the dying part. If your experience is good when things are running as they should - then we're on the right track

Had to run on the Normal afrihost account from yesterday, Green had authentication failures and was dead.... of 200gb this month, still got like 150gb left ...
For interest sake, does the Afrigreen data roll over to next month? I have downgraded my Afrihost package until they have sorted out all the issues. So will my test account also drop to 1GB from tomorrow?
The team were running some software updates that unfortunately meant the kit had to be rebooted several times
Should be done for a while now, hopefully.
Only topups would rollover for the moment. We may change the rules in the future, but for now we're keeping all the same.
OK thanks, then I will unfortunately not be able to do anymore testing from tomorrow.

No signs of AfriBlue?
Looks as if Afrihost are leaning towards AfriGreen?
We want to work on getting Afrigreen running to it's full potential before we open up Afriblue.
It'll be a silly move to push another POC live without having one setup to benchmark correctly.

We're getting there, it's not a quick fix I'm afraid. We also want to get it right.

Just a quick one, we're running similar tests to yesterday so P2P may take a bit of a dip today until about 22:00.
We've pushed out good changed from yesterday when things went a bit wonky. Our network guys have already started their final batch of tweaks for the week.
Then we're out for the weekend

Your ping rocketed there - could be why it's poor. can you post a traceroute please?
Shucks, sorry I was slow of the mark there, opportunity passed to get a diagnostic. But it is perfect storm time: end of month, windows 10 release, a Friday, etc etc.
I was encouraged however to see a glimmer of hope in the >5mbps result at 5:30am. My line and modem and local exchange port seem at least capable of a decent performance if everything else lines up.
Lets wait and see how things look after the month-end mayhem.
