Not seeing any general issue or complaints.

Can you run an mtr to 1.1.1.1 and send me a dm so I can log a ticket with Openserve?

You guys should send security to check if there isn't a break-in in progress because I've never seen both fixed and mobile internet go this weird at the same time. Parys, Free State.

There was a change request tonight to add the additional capacity. After the change was done there was impact detected and an outage was logged.

It's possible that an NLD between Parys and JHB is down hence the bad experience. Openserve make use of multiple paths so backup paths keep service up but because it's the evening peak congestion on those backup paths are certain.

Sounds like that might be what's going on, power is indeed out too, maybe it's a workaround / backup I caught at a bad time, started at evening peak as you say, and it's getting slowly better now.

Never had it this bad before, took 1 minute to update this reply, the congestion is insane.
 
Anyone having issues last couple days with Vuma Village Pineslopes/LOnehill.
Random speed drops and sometimes internet drops randomly too.
 
Out of interest, is it possible to expedite a package/line speed increase?
This 100mb afrihost connection has been running flawlessly since I signed up. I would like to upgrade the speed now, to a 500mb line :) Do I need to wait for the end of the month or can we increase it and I pay pro-rata or something

Yes, its prorata. Just upgrade in clientzone, and should be upgraded by the end of the day.
