Yes, we have the promotion enabled for qualifying clients (25 and 50 Mbps line speed)

You may proceed with the relocation option in clientzone, and select the date you would like the new services to be active. We place the order week before the selected date. The cancellation policy will still apply to the currently active line.
(Any cancellations done before the 15th of the month will take effect at the end of that month. Cancellations done after the 15th of the month will only be effective from the end of the following month.)
Before you request the relocation, try to check whether the new property has an ONT installed.

@Afrigirl @AfriNatic These reports of really slow downloaded on 100 lines, are they happening across the whole Afrihost network or are they isolated to certain regions? Are they related to certain FNO's?

I think it's just a Vumatel Village problem. Got a line with them on TT Connect and everything works perfectly there.
