Hi again Afrigirl. Internet down again as per previous posts. Multiple reboots done. Is there any way to escalate this?
Do I need to log another ticket?

I sent you a PM; we need to log it for intermittent connection.

Hi

Please can you do a speedtest again please to see if there is any improvement?
I have done so numerous times and there is no improvement. Tried other PC's as well directly connected to the ONT and no joy... This was fixed several days ago and we end up again with the same issue

@Afrigirl @AfriNatic Is the WhatsApp chat a bot or a real person? As they don't seem to comprehend my messages?

My line is dropping 4-5 times a day without fail for the last 3 weeks. I log a ticket, the line comes back up, the ticket gets closed, rinse and repeat.

Afrihost says the issue is TTConnect, TTConnect says the issue is Afrihost. So what now? I'm at my wits end and have no idea how to proceed?

TTConnect has suggested testing out PPPoE and instead of DHCP to see if the issue persists but I'm getting no joy from your live chat?

Please please please please can I speak to a real person?

Hi

We don't have a WhatsApp chat bot and when clients request support they go in a queue to chat to an agent.

Please send me a pm with your email address so I can have a look for you.

Hey

Are you still experiencing an issue.
Nope, restarted my router and ONT and we good to go... firmware upgrade on my router, I believe to be the source of the issue. I been through this with it before, just needed reminding. Rolled back to the previous version...
