Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

I'm getting constant Cloudflare verification pages on CF hosted sites since yesterday. Did a range of AH IP addresses get flagged or something?
 
Is there a place to check the status of a Vuma/Afrihost network incident (NWI) using a reference number? I'm tired of sending messages on WhatsApp

I took the Vumatel upgrade mid December but my fibre speed hasn't changed. Is there anything I need to do on the router or the ont?

Keeps switching NLD's for me and 10%+ packet loss while trying to play, so really annoying me atm

I’m guessing the residents of the incorrect address restored their connection so I was summarily dropped.

This is not fair as the prices were reduced on the website but then went back up.

Will the prices come down for everyone in the 1st of January 2025?

I want to pay less. If I was on a 200/200Mbps I would then get the special on 500/200Mbps.

I am never paying R1597 PM which is R350 more!

How can I get the same speed or less on special and pay less?

There is ostensibly a level of support running on weekends. I have had to use it on the multiple of occasions of downtime throughout the past two months.
