Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

All they can do is escalate which they have, they don't have direct influence with the FNO's.
Just because Afrihost says their is a problem doesn't mean Openserve is going to investigate or even do anything.
Besides with something as big as all ISP's going down, they would have been on it within the hour

do you know how many hours they were down for yesterday?

Not exactly, unfortunately I don't keep track of that as I have other things in my life I do.
I am not sure why you are getting angry with me. I am just explaining that Openserve were definitely aware of the issue and were trying to resolve it. Having a little patience goes a long way in life :)

asking a question = getting angry? that shows more about your general state of being than mine. anyway, we renewed our P2P wireless today so openserve going down won't matter anymore

You were, but it's okay, I forgive you don't worry about it.
Thank you for informing me about your P2P wireless, I was really keen on hearing that it was successful all day long!!

We lost our primary transit over WACS from JHB. All traffic rerouted over EASSy. Logged with the vendor.

Everything has become slow here in PE MFN, can't even run speedtest

Been having pretty bad latency and packet loss to local + international these past couple of nights (~7pm), Frogfoot CPT around Milnerton. Looks like congestion, is there a known issue?
