Line seems better after the change. Latency has dropped and link is more stable. Tonight will be the test to see how it performs!

Line worked perfectly last night, no latency and packet loss issues. Speed test speeds are back to normal as well. Thank you for getting this sorted out.Line seems better after the change. Latency has dropped and link is more stable. Tonight will be the test to see how it performs!

Which FNO are you with?
How are the ONT lights?A client - Frogfoot I believe?
No, it is not an FNO issue. I have allocated a different IP so we can get the traffic routed via Cape Town. Are you still experiencing slow international speeds?hi, @Afrigirl
I've on the whatsapp, trying to log a ticket. regarding poor international upload speeds.
I've getting around 10Mbps of to Europe. (download is fine, getting 100Mbps as excepted)
local/domestic speeds are fine (JHB > JHB 100/100, and JHB to CPT also 100/100)
The technicians say they've logged a VUMA ticket and have give me an ISP number.
Just checking if international upload speeds is an FNO issue?

Second issue > upload speeds to international are very slow, 10Mbps, paying for 100/100.

Local/Domestic speeds are fine. 100/100 as expected.
*You can also see the latency on the speed tests as well.
