How does one get to speak to a manager at Afrihost regarding billing issue when 1st level support don't read or understand complaint regarding billing ?

Hey

There are 2 NWI's still ongoing. The backup NLD can't carry all the traffic so it's degraded during the evening peak. Once these 2 outages are resolved the speeds should be restored.

Any update on the vuma issue and most importantly when it will be fixed?
I need my internet this weekend.
 
DFA are pretty useless. Wish there was a way to avoid them in my situation, but quite limited in terms of choosing an FNO.
DFA caused countless issues in the last few months last year. It's been "stable-ish" from Jan up until this issue +24H outage...

The links from Senderwood and Linksfield have been restored and the main NLD routes are back online.
