Still experiencing packet loss every single evening in peak hours on Vuma Villages (Pineslopes/ Lonehill). Is there any acknowledgement of this ongoing issue from Vuma, any investigation? Is this going to be resolved any time soon or is this going to continue for weeks upon weeks like last time?

No network incident has been listed for Pineslopes; please send me a PM with the speedtest and traceroute results to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8. We will log it.

@Afrigirl internet is completely down now.
I have tried restarting router and ONT too.
No internet at all.

Any feedback on this? It's even worse right now, going up to 100% packet loss and completely losing connection on Apex Legends to Bahrain / Belgium / Amsterdam servers. It's absolutely infuriating at this point.
These speed fluctuations are really annoying.

Hi.
I am trying to get Vuma to come onsite and test. They keep telling me that the losses are within range on their end. It has been mentioned to them that there is more than one client that is experiencing packet loss in the area.

connectivity returned 6 this morning. is there anyway to get compensation with all this downtime and disruption?
