Yeah. Also ESSAY does not land in France. Liquid is probably using Seacom.

JHB to Marseille France 158ms is pretty impressive. It's what happens after that is the problem.
 
Cloudflare is broken the whole day already....

Traffic is going to Kigali..... I suspect Liquid is doing something bad here. Traffic going to Mtunzini over Seacom to Kenya then inland to Kigali..... Slow speeds on anything that uses Cloudflare DNS. Why?

@cavedown Cloudflare has disabled everything except enterprise tier services from South Africa. Their NOC has not provided any further information.

If they want to do stuff like that why not EU West rather. Not Kigali. Even Kenya is better with the Seacom route.
 
Well, that depends on your ISP. Cool Ideas has a POP in UK so they route to that, Web Squad via DJINX and I've also seen some to EU via CPT.
