Is this a problem with local exchange? Every evening from around 6pm to 11pm. It's a game server and the added ping and erratic internet is not cool. First image is when its broken, second is working and can actually play. I feel this is some sort of congestion at peak hours? It sucks! 8mb fibre, Ballito.

44ms on Durban IPC is very high for fibre.
