Looks to me like you might be on the 200Mbps profile but either the account(pppoe) or the ethernet is limited to 100Mbps. If not then I'm surprised why you get 100Mbps upload. I doubt Openserve made a mistake.

I've no idea what's going on, definitely on 100/50 at Afrihost, definitely wasn't like this originally but I now have 100 upload.

Hey guys, looking for a new ISP and I told myself I'd never touch AH again but options are quite limited so I'm contemplating giving them another chance.

You are using your line or there is an issue because latency is varying quite a bit and there is latency on the router hop. Could be wifi too.
