Got it. The upgrade did not happen and you B number is not working on the portal for me to regrade it.
Dropped our service manager a mail now asking to assist with a manual regrade. Once I get feedback I will revert back. Apologies.

Anyone else having issues on Vumatel at the moment?
If i also try and tracert to the VPN host i am trying to get to - it doesn't get to it, then it does then it doesn't
My speeds are good, no problems, but my VPN connection to the host i am connecting to is horrid.

It looks relatively okay there. What are your concerns? The high latency to Cloudflare?

Sorry AfriNatic, i posted before i put the other screenshots in, so i edited the post but you had already answered.
It is more to do with the second 2 screen shots regarding the VPN i connect to.
Although it is now fine again.

Haha you problems always run away when I want to get involved...
The one did look concerning but it was once the traffic is handed over to IS. The second screenshot did show high latency all the way though. Let me know if it returns. If the problem lasts a while we can see where the problem is and log it with Vumatel but right now they will just close the fault.
Yes that is a mistake. I have asked our Branding team to fix it. It's 50/25
