Yes. PE is on the JHB vlan so if you terminate in JHB which is likely the case you will be down too.

This is the only reason why I have Rain Unplug my mesh from my router, into the mobile router and off we go. Can be as slow as hell, but it's better than nothing

Have speed issues in East London on Vuma since 6am. Latency increased to 35ms from 18 ms and downloads speeds are bad. Strangely enough, uploads are fine.

So the turnaround time is between 24 to 48 hours. It usually happens quite quickly in an hour or so but sometimes it can go wrong needing manual intervention.
