Area went live on frogfoot network on 15 December, ordered Afrihost Fibre on 17 December, received router 3 days later but still waiting for installation... Please HELP!
Hi @AfriNatic , here's to hoping you can assist.
I pre ordered my Fibre with Afrihost in November 2020, my area went live last week yet my neighbors who only signed within last week have had their installation done already.
I tried following up with Afrihost via whatsapp however keep getting different stories and now the latest is that my address has been sent for premise creation and the turn around time is 1 to 2 weeks.
So what was the point of pre ordering ahead of most people yet not getting the priority of installation as advertised?
I'm hoping you can assist in escalating this matter to speed it up as according to the below article Afrihost has been having this problem since last 2019 at least:
