Yes but it seems like some parts of the internet is broken.

Received an email from Coolideas regarding TTConnect price change effective from 1 March 2021 for packages under 100Mbps. Will Afrihost be doing the same thing?

We have found the issue. We are working on a fix however there is going to need to be some upgrades that needs to be done.

Not bad except for that spike. Could just be the icmp that was dropped by that switch.

Hi,

I'm not aware of changes to TT Connect. We are definitely one of the bigger network on TT Connect and I will have a chat to our ops manager to find out if there is any changes coming.

We have found the issue. We are working on a fix however there is going to need to be some upgrades that needs to be done.

So when will the issue be fully resolved?

We are hopeful to have the upgrades completed before the evening peak but I will confirm with Noc if it is going to be completed in time.
