Connect the computer to the ONT directly by plugging the cable that is in the routers internet port directly into your computer.
Power off the ONT for 30 seconds and then power it on.
Do a speedtest on speedtest.mybroadband.co.za
Do a traceroute (press the Windows key + R and type CMD)
Press enter
Type tracert affrihost.com and press enter
Type ping bbc.co.uk
Please take screenshots of the results.

I will do that as soon the problem comes up again. I don't know if it's congestion issue? Yesterday it occurred during morning and evening time. 8am- 11am and from 8pm- past midnight.

I thought now that I have gigabit fibre I would be able to play around with Twitch Streaming but my upload speed to international websites is absolutely abysmal and a complete farcry from the gigabit speeds I am supposed to get. My FNO is Frogfoot so I should have synchronous gigabit speeds, but the only place I experience that is when I do a speedtest to local servers using multiple connections:
A single connection to a local server is still decent:
But a single connection to a server in London yields a much worse result:
And the results to Twitch servers are just as bad if not worse:
The maximum bitrate that Twitch supports is 6Mbits, but when I use the above testing tool or the built-in wizard for OBS the average upload speed it recommends for me is always ±2mbits.

You can use our Twitch relay server to improve the performance.

I will test it more thoroughly and report back, but so far it looks very promising.
The only thing I noticed was that adding ?bandwidthtest=true to the end of the url had no effect and I still went live. Is there a way to use this relay with bandwidthtest=true for testing purposes?

The relay is designed to just relay data and some extra features like the arguments added after the server url might not be relayed to the server.
I would suggest rather creating a second account to test and then making the stream private.
I stand to be corrected, but is that packet loss to your router?
Are you using a WiFi connection or wired?

If I am not mistaken but if there is packet loss between your device and the router the issue is not the internet connection - or am I understanding your issue wrong.
Run ping -c 50 -q [your router IP]
