It's wired up and not over wifi right?

yes cat6 LAN to the switch, it's all unifi gear so I checked the app and the ports report 1000mbps neg with no issues reported

testing using the built in network test shows good 190+ downloads, 90+ upload, 159ms ping, 0% loss

Must be an issue with the xbox store of some sort or something on the xbox itself causing the issues. The fact that you get full speed in the diagnostic and that is to an EU server means the xbox is doing something odd.

speedtests show all good

xbox store is rip

gonna put on some pants (not easy!) and go test the sony later

Xbox one usually decompress it while downloading. If you look at the stats in the router it will give a more accurate reading for the speeds it's pulling at.
Yeah, while it's decompressing your speed might drop then randomly spike back up again

My Xbox does the same thing when downloading some games. Most of the time it's full speed tho

your series x? mate these SSDs should have made this bs obsolete

I have friends on Vuma 1Gb that say they manage to pull 300-500Mbps when connected via LAN

Also, were there big game or patch releases today? It could be that the CDN is getting bogged down

Series S, I max mine 90% of the time but sometimes you'll get severed from a cdn in EU

@AfriNatic

Any idea if and when this will happen?
Will we get the 30Mbps upgrade also?

You will soon have some good news in your inbox if you have not opt out of receiving promotional emails.

From the 1st of May Frogfoot pricing will be much lower and increase in speeds for the entry packages.

Will AH offer the async packages?

These are our pricing as of 1st of May on the FrogFoot network.

We will load them on the website a few days before for new orders. Existing clients will be migrated to the same priced package they are currently paying or the closest one to it. CLients can then decide if they wish to downgrade or upgrade after that. ;)

Im on the R657 package (10Down 10Up and doubled to 20Down 20Up). Which package would I go to?
The 30Down 30Up is R60 less, while the 50Down 5Up is only R40 more. I would prefer the lower package

Everyone that will be migrated will be migrated to the closest package costing less but more speed.

If you are currently on the 10/10 (which is double to 20/20 you will be migrated to 30/30 from the 1st of May.
