It's wired up and not over wifi right?
yes cat6 LAN to the switch, it's all unifi gear so I checked the app and the ports report 1000mbps neg with no issues reported
testing using the built in network test shows good 190+ downloads, 90+ upload, 159ms ping, 0% loss
Must be an issue with the xbox store of some sort or something on the xbox itself causing the issues. The fact that you get full speed in the diagnostic and that is to an EU server means the xbox is doing something odd.
Yeah, while it's decompressing your speed might drop then randomly spike back up againXbox one usually decompress it while downloading. If you look at the stats in the router it will give a more accurate reading for the speeds it's pulling at.
My Xbox does the same thing when downloading some games. Most of the time it's full speed tho100%
line is perfect
computer/tv pulls 4k ez pz
speedtests show all good
xbox store is rip
gonna put on some pants (not easy!) and go test the sony later
Maybe try running the speedtest on the xbox web browser?100%

So we can check to see if the issue is your hardware (xbox), MS store or the fibre linewhy?
Also, were there big game or patch releases today? It could be that the CDN is getting bogged down

Award winning Frogfoot makes double up promo permanent for the majority of its fibre packages
Frogfoot Networks, a licensed open-access infrastructure provider has announced changes to its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) packages that will see customers on packages of 50Mbps and below have their line speeds permanently increased, while the speed of entry level packages has also been increased...mybroadband.co.za
Any idea if and when this will happen?
Will we get the 30Mbps upgrade also?

Will AH offer the async packages? You will soon have some good news in your inbox if you have not opt out of receiving promotional emails.
From the 1st of May Frogfoot pricing will be much lower and increase in speeds for the entry packages.

Existing clients will be migrated to the same priced package they are currently paying or the closest one to it.
Im on the R657 package (10Down 10Up and doubled to 20Down 20Up). Which package would I go to?
The 30Down 30Up is R60 less, while the 50Down 5Up is only R40 more. I would prefer the lower package
