Openserve. All activate on their end. Just won't connect with supplied PPPoE

Have you tried resetting the pppoe username and password in clientzone? Sometime if the autoconfig is interrupted in any way the pppoe gets reset but not saved in the router and that will cause the authentications to fail.

You can send me a pm with your clientzone email address so I can confirm that authentication is the issue though.

I changed my ppoe password before activation and that did not. When I changed it after activation it worked.

Anyone experiencing issues on Youtube and Netflix. It playing at the lowest quality on a 200mbps connection. Youtube is buffering as well. Device connected via 5ghz wifi.

A lot of my stuff is buffering on a 200 as well. Rebooted devices and router. I am streaming using my cw app and never had an issue up until today. Can watch anything every 3 seconds it buffers

Do you mind posting a trace route to the google video server and maybe a speedtest.

We have google caches and peer with google locally so buffering should not happen unless something is wrong.

From my side looks like it’s all good again. Was able to stream using the cw and hbo max now

Gotta say, this feature on Openserve App is pretty impressive. And also, I suppose quite unique for an FNO to have a consumer app of some sort.

The latency is quite high on your router. This is likely wifi related.

Can you rule that out by connecting via cable and try doing the tests again?

You can get your B number from the sessions in clientzone or I can SMS it to you.

Okay great. Once the latency on the router is below 5ms we can have a look at the line possibly being an issue. Very well might be a router issue that presents itself as a line issue.

I must be blind, I can't see the B in my sessions detail.
