Seeing a few complaints coming through.

We are investigating.

The Vumatel double speed promo has ended on the 1st of April unfortunately. You would need to downgrade to the lower speed if you do not wish to keep the current speed/price.

@AfriNatic have you heard about any issues on SADV/Vuma in the Alberton area, the line is quite erratic this week with frequent short lived disconnects and reconnects

None that I'm aware of currently. There was a brief outage yesterday afternoon for about 30min or so. I did not see any issues noted since.

Please tell me the "fix" isn't in place yet, because it's improved but it's still shockingly bad on the FR/UK destinations.

The upgrades are not done yet unfortunately. We have asked our upstream provider to re-route traffic as much as possible on additional routes while we wait for the upgrades to be completed.

I'm having the same issue on the same line speed except my FNO is Frogfoot...

I have tried restarting my router and ONT a few times.

EDIT: It looks like there is a problem with my area according to Frogfoot's network status page:

Morning,

Still experiencing slow speeds? I double checked now and I do not see any notices from Vumatel at all.
