Interesting observation: When I had RAIN 5G I could not download with Nzbget and browse concurrently. The Nzbget downloads ran at 200Mbps - 300Mbps but you could not browse and VPN connections dropped. With Openserve 100Mbps/50Mbps I can download and have 2 people on VPN and no problems.

The upgrades have been completed in the early hours of this morning.
We are monitoring to check that the issue is resolved.
Not seeing any notices about and outage. Still experiencing issues?

Applied Friday at 13:30 on Saturday at 10:00 an Openserve technician installed the new ONT and by 11:00 I was browsing the internet. Keep up the good work @AfriNatic

MetroFibre is increasing the speeds of its fibre-to-the-home products and is introducing a new 300Mbps service.

We have noted the changes made by MetroFibre.
We reviewing these changes and will announce the changes to our offering soon.
