Tried it now. Still no luck setting up the router afterwards. I opens a gstatic website, which then times out.
We have a relocation button in clientzone but essentially that still is a cancellation and anew signup. The relocation button will do the work for you where it will cancel the current line and signup for a new line at the new location.
If the new location does not have an existing installation then a new install must be selected. IF it's a provider we charge installation for then the installation fee will apply.
Please do not remove the ONT from your current installation as the ONT remains the property of the FNO. You may take the router we supplied you with to the new location.

bummerEast London traffic is a bit of problem.
With Frogfoot it goes via Bloem to JHB. With Openserve it goes to CPT but also takes a bit of a scenic route unfortunately. There are limited direct low latency routes from EL to CPT or DUR.
Check that DHCP is enabled on the router?Hi,
My connection dropped earlier. The error/status I am getting on my router says "Failed to obtain IP address from DHCP server". If I plug my laptop directly into the ONT (as opposed to the router) all seems fine, so it is clearly an error or issue with the router. I have already restarted as well as reset the router without any change.
Please assist.

How do they accelerate traffic?View attachment 1102227
One day I hope to find a ISP with great customer support that accelerates international traffic and IPv6 (CISP & AH merged)

We are working with Vuma on this and I can assure you it's top priority. We will have the regrades completed soon.
