Is the issue still ongoing?

Do you have a trace route to 1.1.1.1 for me so I can add it to the existing fault.

Stopped around 6:30pm ish then started around 8:45pm - 9:20pm ish. Today no issue so far. But it seems like the issue happens on a regular basis.


Edit: Started again!!! This is not internet joy.


Edit 2 : Getting worse.

It stopped a while back. If the issue comes up again I'll test it from the ONT. However, I feel that this issue has been going on for far too long which should have been fixed by now.

Tonight back to normal. Wonder if it had to do with a outage we were notified about in pmb. I will do as asked and supply a trace route next time.

We have a general notice due to a number of affected areas. We have sent SMS to affected clients only.

Indeed. There is a bunch of notices for certain parts of CT affected by the same ME fibre break. Not all of Western Cape is affected and we have sent SMS to all the clients in the affected areas only.

Just had some very slow speeds and then also no wifi at all for a minute.
But maybe it's just the wind?
