Switching to google dns made no difference for me, still packet loss and degraded download speed

When is the issue with youtube's terrible throughput and buffering going to be resolved? Nearly a week of this? Vumatel trenched in JHB.
I'll check if we have any updates on the matter.Actually, this is not a new issue, Ive seen this happening in the past 2 months but it only lasts a for a short period during the week, now its proper buggered.
