anybody else having openserve line drop since about 30min ago?
Centurion South.
Might be related to loadshedding (my equipment is on however, and led is visible on the fiber device.
will update if it restores once power comes back.

*update -> yes came back immediately once power restored.... sighness.

I'm having the same, no Openserve fiber is down, also in Centurion. I have power.

If it's power related the Netrok Fault would have been automatically logged.

If you ant me to confirm please drop me a pm with your email address so I can have a look to see if the NF was logged.

We are experiencing issues at Gallo Manor. SOme of our support systems are offline. Apologies for the issues experienced.

I've been experiencing extremely slow download speeds since Tuesday evening. I've got a 50 up 50 down line but download speeds are down to 1-7mb. Have lots of packet loss as well and it's near impossible to work from home when web pages simple don't load. I'm not even able to download files off the server in the office and it seems to be deteriorating. Upload speed is perfect however.

I logged a support ticket with Afrihost and after doing the general troubleshooting they logged a fault with Openserve but I have yet to hear any progress on this. Not sure if this is related to the flood damage/issues in KZN but I'm really struggling over here.

It seems the loss has cleared.

Can anyone confirm if they are still experiencing issues?
