Morning,

There are still issues and everyone connected to the Fourways crossing OLT is experiencing an outage. We are working with Vumatel on the issue. Apologies for the issue.
 
It's very very slow now, are they still investigating?
I can share a ping plotter trace

There is currently a broadcast storm that is degrading services. We are scheduling a new emergency call to attend to the issue.
 
Thanks will you provide an update once it's fixed?
I am back on 3G for now.....
 
What is the problem here? The black box on the wall has all the indicators showing green but 2 different routers have failed to connect to the internet.

The broadband and service indicators have suddenly stopped lighting up. They were on for a good 30 minutes after the router started having issues.
