Okay that is our new google caches and the traffic look healthy on them.

Can you install ipvfoo browser addon in edge, chrome or firefox and start a youtube video with stats for nerds open and click on the IPvFoo icon to see where the traffic is coming from like below.

Can you bypass the router completely and dial pppoe from your laptop/desktop connected directly to the ONT?

I think this is a router issue.

I would need some direction on that

Okay you are served from the correct cache so we need to look at the router now.

You can plug the Ethernet cable out from the WAN port on the D-link and plug it into a laptop or desktop if possible.

Depending on the Operating system and assuming you are using windows just go to the settings > network & internet > Dial-up > New connection > Connect to the internet > PPPoE > enter the pppoe username and password. You can reset the password in CZ if needs be and complete the setup.

You should be connected to the internet now directly on the desktop/laptop. Test the speeds to see how it performs like this.

Could not establish a connection

Not sure what's happening. Packet loss and slow speed.

No service light on my ONT since Friday night.
6 Call-me-backs, and a quadrillion power-offs of the ONT, and still no joy.
Apparently the re-provisioning by Vuma failed and they need to send a technician, still waiting and no communication from them whatsoever.

The most frustrating part is that each time I submit a Call-me-back I get a different story.

Got home now and I see it is working again. Still no idea what the problem was, what was done to fix it or why it took so long, no communication whatsoever.
