What's up with the increased MetroFibre pricing on your website and in Clientzone?
Haven't received any communications about this.
I was about to do a speed increase, but now I'm having second thoughts.
No other ISP is showing increased pricing for MetroFibre.

Do you have an example for me? I'm not aware the prices have changed recently.
 
and while we're on the topic of price, any news on the price changes for Octotel once their new speeds come into effect?

Not yet. We have confirmation that FrogFoot and Vuma Reach double speed promo is extended. Nothing about Octotel pricing yet

Is this normal / okay to get the IP from Air Mobile?

Yes it's normal. Right now IP address initially meant for Air Mobile has been allocated to fibre clients due to limited availability of IPv4 Addresses. With the boom of Vuma Reach an connections staying online for longer periods of time IPs has become a finite resource so we had to use the Air Mobile ip range.

It's not a different network it's just an IP.

Good morning,

There shouldn't be any downtime. When it's upgraded or downgraded it will drop the pppoe session for about a minute and as soon as the router establishes a new connection it should work.
 
It has been down for almost an hour now. I did get a SMS message from you guys giving an order number saying Openserve will be in touch.

The new speeds are live on the portal. You are being re-configured for 50/25Mbps
