Let me confirm first before I complete the orders.

The delay is definitely because Openserve has not marked the orders as complete yet I confirmed this. Usually they mark it complete after an hour or so after the speed changed happened.

Yes you can the price override has been applied and you should see a R380 discount on the invoice each month.

Would be nice if OS can add more speed, to complement their stability. Last time I spoke to them (April 2020) , I was told...
"The limit of the product (200/100) is based on current take up and trends. We are not seeing a demand for higher than 200Mbps speeds at this stage."
I replied " ....maybe those "looking at current trends" should get glasses or get their heads out of the sand. The internet is no longer the email/browser market you seem to cater for "

I changed to Frogfoot the next day.... which too has been very stable since then
