It's pretty difficult to tell testing with the same modem. Easiest way is to either put your modem on another line or put another modem on your line.

Turbocharged at home, 157KB/s on a 4mbps line. At work connection is flying on Mweb 4mbps, 400KB/s plus. Used the works free 1GB from Afrihost, does about 150KB/s. Tested Mweb at home, 450KB/s. I actually had to limit my speed on the Mweb connection here at work to 150KB/s, the max im getting at home with Turbocharge LOL.

Hard to say without knowing the specifics. As far as I can see, we're not on peak usage, so turbocharge should give you awesome speeds. If it's a torrent though, they may have matched you to a slow seeder :(

Everything is HTTP (port 80) Also Tested Mweb at home, 450KB/s

Getting nice speeds with my second Turbocharge now Afriman. :)

being shaped 75% in kzn. my usage is horribly low. so id hate to know how some others are being shaped :|

Im starting to see why people are getting bugged by the shaping. Realtime does seem to jitter slightly with shaping. Youtube buffering jumps every now and then.

We have to shape in order to deal with the added pressure on the network particularly during peak times. Sorry that your realtime is affected, it shouldn't be. If it continues to be an issue, feel free to send me your username and I will be happy to find out if anything is wrong.

Windows updates. Not as contested as the iOS one, hopefully it won't take too long to download.

Be careful because it's confirmed by NVIDIA that the driver is broken. Yesterday I got BSODed a couple of times after installing it on my PC (GTS450) so I had to revert back to the good old 314.xx.
