Netflix, Huluand Twitch have been terrible on AH for ages now. They blame everything else but themselves. Even on the Business accounts.

Sad but true.
Yet on Web Africa is it is flawless, until they throttle you. Aholes.

If you're in the North, then that IPC has already been upgraded and we're seeing pretty good performance in general since. We'll need to check why your performance is poor.

Any test results we can look at?

Agreed. Business account works great for everything but Hulu on my side. Even the 1Gb free AH account outperforms it, even though they are supposed to be "the same".

Business and Free GB accounts are literally identical except for the rate limit on Business for the product/line speed. They are in the same "contention pool" so it's really strange for one to outperform the other, unless the tests are not run for the same length of time or consecutively. Sometimes switching accounts refreshed the IP and also reset the sync on the line, so the new accounts appears to perform better for a short time. In terms of contention, this wouldn't make sense.
 
Just so you guys know there is an authentication issue at the moment, so you may have problems connecting as normal. If you are conected, please don't disconnect or reboot for the moment.

Doh.. Part of my diagnosis was to disconnect and reconnect. Any ETA?
 
How has the home uncapped shaping been in Gauteng recently?

Want to move to AH as soon as my current account is closed.

Would not recommended it. Was constantly shaped with minimal usage for most of last month. By minimal, I mean less than 1gb a day
