It's in the very nature of torrents that dl speed is varying, always depends on the numbers of seeders vs leeches.

Also I can't see any connection between your OS version and dl speeds. It just doesn't matter if you're on Linux, MacOS or Win and any of their versions. XP, Vista, Win7, Ubu 9,10, 11, 12, Mint 14 and what torrent software you're using just doesn't influence the dl speed.

I keep my active torrents on 2 since I have the feeling I get more stuff downloaded that way. And while I'm busy surfing or online gaming I don't have any torrents running at all. Our feeble SA network just isn't up to the good stuff.

Wasnt referring to the OS platform, but the iso download

I checked the ratio, leaches are 80, seeders are 59. Im starting to accept its this aspect that is the problem as i can't believe everything else works properly but for torrents.

Guess ill start sourcing direct downloads from now on
.. Edit: i blame spelling mistakes on oversight and SwiftKey swipe :sly:
